Looking Around

Is Kate lost? Or just looking for a right outfit?
This get up looks seriously strange, and none too clean... And she forgot to dunk her face in a bucket of ice water with cucumber slices again!

    That's a globetrotter luggage and on top of that I think an LV? I'm more disturbed by the ensemble... the jacket looks terrible and the top's like a sort of satin?
