perhaps they were being ironic abt that age-old - and tedious - opposition/dichotomy between 'man' and 'woman' (that insistent & hysterical soundtrack in the background!), but the role reversal was too predictable & lacking in wit.
one can get rather tired of these pointless heterosexist posturings & shenanigans these days...
Dear EA, you are entirely right to use the word 'tedious' - this particular gender-play is such a non issue now, in the 21st century, quite shop-worn and anachronistic. I quite like the Joss Stone song though; But agree that it goes on a bit, and the humourlessness of it all is quite grating.
Very cliched and dull.
ReplyDelete1. the beige suit is so unsexy for her. shows her skinny scrawny ass and boy's body.
ReplyDelete2. she is so so unsexy here.
Dear DG

Dear Anon: I can't agree more. Very dull indeed, with none of the humour or charm of the famous Chanel commercials.
ReplyDeleteDear Beauty: The beige looks a bit heavy and grim here and KK has never, to my mind, been sexy. she's just too self-conscious.
