Visual Artist/ Photographer, Huang Xu’s Fragments series portrays China’s consumer boom and its drastic impact on the environment. Using plastic bags found in rubbish heaps, and also referencing silk textiles from Imperial China, he composes captivating images that are beautiful with a purpose.
