Firstly, the picture is of the Fourth King of Bhutan and his Name is His Majesty the Fourth Druk Gyalpo Jigme Singye Wangchuck, King Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck is his Eldest son, the present King of Bhutan. His Majesty the fourth King Jigme Singye Wangchuck was born on November 11 1955.
King Jigme Singye Wangchuck (born 11 November 1955) was crowned the fourth king of Bhutan at age 28, making him the youngest King in the world.
I an going to have to google him as now I am intrigued!
